• Primary point of contact for our HR software, P&I Loga
• Mapping of all human resources management processes throughout the employee life cycle
• Analysis of HR and payroll requirements and their implementation in P&I Loga
• Contribution of in-depth HR expertise to optimize processes
• Management of interfaces such as reporting procedures, financial accounting, IT, and duty roster programs
• Proactively identifying new relevant topics, tracking current developments in HR and digitalization, and continuously acquiring new knowledge
• Independently analyzing errors and developing recommendations for action
• Documenting processes, creating guidelines, and training the HR team on how to use P&I Loga

What you should bring

• Several years of professional experience in the HR field and in-depth knowledge of HR processes (e.g., payroll, time tracking, personnel management)
• Practical user knowledge of P&I Loga
• Proficient in using digital tools, interfaces, and IT systems Enthusiasm for digitizing HR processes
• Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and consulting expertise
• A structured, solution-oriented, and self-directed approach to work
• You are committed to continuous professional development and actively contributing your knowledge to the team
