What you should bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, economics, business psychology, business education, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on human resources
• Strong interest in topics related to human resources and recruiting
• Motivation to gain practical experience and take on responsibility
• An independent, structured, and reliable work style
• High level of initiative and a willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Proficiency with standard MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Very good written and spoken German
