What awaits you

Setup, changeover, and startup of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment
Monitoring and ensuring a trouble-free production process
Optimizing manufacturing processes in terms of quality, cycle time, and cost-effectiveness
Performing mold changes and sample production
Analyzing and resolving process malfunctions

What you should bring

Completed training as a plastics technologist (m/f/d), process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
Experience in injection molding is a plus
Technical understanding and interest in modern manufacturing processes
Knowledge of quality standards and production metrics
Responsible and independent work ethic
Willingness to work shifts
