What awaits you
- Setup, Programming, and Operation of CNC Milling Machines
- Independent setup and commissioning of the machines
- Monitoring manufacturing processes
- Quality inspection of components, including visual inspection and measurement of components
- Programming using Heidenhain controls (530–640)
What you should bring
- Expertise in Manufacturing Processes and Strategies
- Experience in 3-axis and 5-axis milling
- Understanding of complex tools and fixtures
- Training as a machining technician
- Knowledge of Solid CAM is desirable
- Knowledge of Heidenhain controls
