• Preparation and review of monthly payroll statements in accordance with tax and social security laws and case law
• Advising management and employees on all matters related to payroll
• Processing travel expenses and company pension plans
• Preparing electronic filings and certificates
• Generating analyses and reports from P&I Loga
• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements for the HR department and assisting with audits (social security, taxes)
• Participating in the customization of LOGA, including testing new solutions and tools
• As a P&I Loga key user, providing first-level support for technical inquiries from payroll accountants

What you should bring

• A successfully completed business apprenticeship and prior work experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
• Very good knowledge of income tax and social security laws
• Substantial experience working with P&I Loga—ideally, prior experience with Customizing as well
• Strong affinity for IT systems
• Enjoy working as part of a team, a strong service orientation, as well as reliability and flexibility
