What awaits you
- Monitoring and documentation of quality-relevant key figures as well as sensory evaluations in the area of incoming goods and production
- Carrying out sampling for microbiological, physical and chemical tests
- Determination of deviations and initiation of suitable corrective measures as well as their documentation
- Writing of letters of complaint to suppliers and evaluation of the statements
- Ongoing maintenance and updating of defined test data in the ERP system
What you should bring
- Successfully completed training as a specialist in food technology, cook, baker, confectioner or a comparable qualification
- Enthusiasm for food and its industrial processing
- Careful, reliable way of working and enjoy working in a team
- Willingness to work in shifts
